I’m a Professor of Emergency Medicine and Director of Medical Student Education at the University of Maryland. I write and speak internationally about medical student education, difficult IV access research, and invasive medical procedure education. I direct two CME procedure courses and serve on the Education Committee for the American Academy of Emergency Medicine.
