Why I love to teach
My love for nutrition began in ninth grade biology, where I first learned about macro- and micronutrients and dreamed of someday changing people’s lives through nutrition! I now work as an inpatient abdominal transplant and GI surgery dietitian and serve as the nutrition expert on interdisciplinary rounds. I am also the director of my hospital's dietetic internship, where my team and I train students to become the dietitians of tomorrow.
