I’m the co-author of The Resilient Practitioner and co-editor of Voices from the Field: Defining Moments in Counselor and Therapist Development. I am dedicated to building practitioner resilience through self-compassion, mindfulness, and shame resilience. I am regularly invited to speak on these topics.
