B. Assume endometrial cancer until proven otherwise. 
C. Refer her to an OB / GYN for further evaluation.

In menopausal patients, even the slightest of uterine bleeding is endometrial cancer until proven otherwise. This is important for you to know but should not be used to panic the patient.
